Josh was a lifesaver to get a new portion of the OT Network at Smurfit Kappa Forney configured and working correctly in 2020 and 2021. Without Josh's on-site OT network support, the multi-million dollar industrial control system upgrade project I was leading would have lead to costly production downtime and delays. Having Josh and his team on-site during commissioning paid for itself several times over. I can't recommend Josh and Traceroute enough for OT networking project implementation! It's definitely money well spent for OT project risk mitigation.
